We ask you to use the patient portal for any specific health or clinical related questions, records, or referral requests, or if you need medication refills.
Each physician will respond to his or her respective patient requests or our nurse, Emily L., will assist when possible.

If you need to reach us urgently or want to ensure a same day response, please also send a text via our Google voice mail numbers.
However, if you are experiencing a true emergency, please head over to the Emergency Room or Urgent Care, as response times may vary within the day.
